Gzipped files containing summary statistics from inverse variance-weighted meta-analysis of 9 LV traits derived from cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging in UK Biobank. LVEDV= Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Volume LVESV= Left Ventricular End-Systolic Volume LVEF = Left Ventricular Ejection Fractio LVM = Left Ventricular Mass LVconc = Left Ventricular Concentricity (LVM/LVEDV) Published in Tadros, Francis et al, Nature Genetics 2020 : “Shared genetic pathways contribute to risk of hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathies with opposite directions of effect.” (reference number: NG-LE54093). Full citation awaited. We performed a meta-analysis comprised of two strata. Subjects recruited and imaged in the North of England (Cheadle, Newcastle) were treated as the first stratum (n=15215 after exclusions) and those recruited in the South of England (Reading) comprised the second stratum (n=4045). For each stratum, BOLT-LMM (v2.3.2) was used to construct mixed models for association with around 9.5 million directly genotyped and imputed SNPs. Inverse-variance weighted meta-analysis was carried out with summary statistics from both strata using METAL (version released on 2011-03-25).
