Description

Synthesised according to the general procedure, reaction for 45 hours. Purified by flash column chromatography, (EtOAc in cyclohexane, 10 à 50 %). Yield = 535 mg white solid, 60 %. 1H NMR (700 MHz, CDCl3) δ (ppm) = 8.26 – 8.24 (m, 1H), 8.24 – 8.22 (m, 1H), 8.02 (s, 1H), 7.69 (ddd, J = 8.3, 7.3, 1.9 Hz, 1H), 7.02 (ddd, J = 7.3, 4.9, 0.9 Hz, 1H), 1.32 (s, 9H). 13C NMR (176 MHz, CDCl3) δ (ppm) = 177.2, 151.7, 147.8, 138.5 119.8, 114.0, 39.9, 27.6. HRMS [C10H14N2O + H]+ : Expected 179.1179, observed 179.1181 Melting point: 71 – 72 °C
