Description

Synthesised according to the general procedure. Purified by flash column chromatography (EtOAc : cyclohexane 10 % à 30%). Yield = 1.16 g pale pink solid 4.46 mmol, 91%. 1H NMR (700 MHz, CDCl3) δ (ppm) = 8.48 (s, 1H), 8.35 (d, J = 8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (t, J = 7.5 Hz, 2H), 7.35 (m, 3H), 7.07 (m, 2H), 6.99 (t, J = 7.5 Hz, 1H), 3.77 (s, 2H), 2.33 (s, 6H). 13C NMR (176 MHz, CDCl3) δ (ppm) = 169.1, 142.9, 135.0, 133.5, 129.8, 129.2, 127.6, 125.1, 123.8, 120.0, 119.1, 45.6, 44.5. HRMS [C16H18N2O+H]+ ; Expected = 255.1492, Observed = 255.1496 νmax (solid/cm-1): 3266, 3029, 2977, 2940, 2854, 2825, 2785, 1665, 1591, 1509, 1492, 1474, 1452, 1416 Melting point: 46 – 48 °C
