Description
Synthesised according to the general procedure, purified by flash column chromatography (Acetone : cyclohexane 20% à 80%). Yield 623 mg white powder, 62%. Data is in accordance with reported values.13 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ (ppm) = 13.30 (br s, 1H), 8.75 (br s, 1H), 7.78 (br s, 1H), 7.34 – 7.28 (m, 4H), 7.28 – 7.20 (m, 1H), 6.69 (br s, 1H), 4.43 (d, J = 6.3 Hz, 2H). 13C NMR (151 MHz, DMSO) δ (ppm) = 161.6, 146.5, 139.9, 130.1, 128.3 (2C, overlapping peaks), 127.3 (2C, overlapping peaks), 126.7, 105.1, 41.9. HRMS [C11H11N3O+H]+ : Expect 202.0975, Observe 202.0978 Melting point: 140 – 145 °C
