Description
Synthesised according to the general procedure, reaction time 44 hrs. Purified by flash column chromatography (MeOH in DCM, 0% à 4%), isolated as a white solid. Yield = 1.11 g, 4.4 mmol, 88%. 1H NMR (700 MHz, DMSO) δ (ppm) = 13.59 (s, 1H), 8.96 (t, J = 6.3 Hz, 1H), 8.17 (d, J = 8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.61 (d, J = 8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (t, J = 7.3 Hz, 1H), 7.35 (d, J = 7.5 Hz, 2H), 7.31 (t, J = 7.6 Hz, 2H), 7.22 (m, 2H), 4.49 (d, J = 6.3 Hz, 2H) 13C NMR (176 MHz, DMSO) δ (ppm) = 162.4, 141.1, 140.0, 138.2, 128.3, 127.3, 126.7, 126.5, 122.1, 121.6, 121.6, 110.7, 41.9. HRMS [C15H13N3O+H]+ : Expected 252.1131, observed 252.1135 νmax (solid/cm-1): 3406, 3160, 3125, 3083, 3053, 3026, 2916, 1644, 1535, 1505, 1469, 1452, 1429 Melting point : 169 – 170 °C
